Covid 19 Office Arrangements
In line with HSE and Government advice, the phone lines and public offices of the PSRA are currently closed. The PSRA does however remain open for business as staff continue to work remotely and are committed to providing a high level of service to all.

Extension of Licensing Period
Licences with an expiry date between 7th May 2020 and 31st August 2020 have been extended by a period of four (4) months where evidence is available to the PSRA of the required level of Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) for the licence in question.
The extension to the expiry date of the licence will be reflected on the Register of Licensed Property Services Providers. Members of the public are strongly advised to check this public Register which can be found here before engaging a property services provider to ensure that they are licensed.
Licensees who have received an extension to their licence will also receive a Licence Certification letter detailing the extension expiry date which should be available for inspection on request.
