Online Licensing System for NEW Licence Applications -

The Authority is delighted to announce the introduction of an online licence system to enable new licence applications to apply for their licence online.  New licence applicants can submit their application, qualifications, licence and compensation fund fees all through With the introduction of the online licence applications for new applications, manual licence applications will no longer be accepted.

Accountants's Report:

If Applying for Licence Types A, B or C or combinations of these :- 
Use Form
 Accountant's Report PSRA S30 - Form A


If Applying for Licence Type D :- 
Use Form Accountant's Report PSRA S30 - Form B

If Applying for Licence D and any other licence type:-
Submit both Forms.

Duplicate Certificate of Incorporation - (Companies only).

This must be dated and signed within 4 weeks of the date of the application. Available free of charge from the Companies Registration Office website 

Duplicate Certificates of Business Registration:

This must be signed and is available free of charge from the Companies Registration Office website 


Request to Add Category(s) to existing Licence:

Applications to add category(s) to licences currently held are accepted in paper format only at present. If you wish to make an application for an additional category to your licence please email to request an application form. Please include your current licence number, your name and/or the name of the business in your email. Alternatively, you may contact the Authority by telephone on 046 9033800 or LoCall 1890-252-712 between 10 a.m. and 12.30 p.m or 2.30 p.m. and 4 p.m. to request the appropriate application form.
