The Auction of Property other than Land

The Property Services Agreements detailed on this page are to be used for the Auction of Property other than Land such as:

  • Animals

  • Fine Arts
  • Vehicles
  • And any other item that is not considered “Land” under the Act.

Any of the below Agreements can be used for auction of goods.

The Property Services Agreement can be printed on the Licensees headed paper if required. Ensure the correct agreement is used where more than one Agent is providing the Property Service.
